Cancelation Policy

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

If you are using a prepaid service from a package, gift certificate, or 3rd party coupon service and cancel or no call, no show 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, it will be redeemed.

48 hour advance notice is required when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. The cancelation fee will NOT be waived for inclement weather. If the service provider was able to arrive, then fees for cancelling will be enforced. Bad weather comes with advance notice, if weather can be a problem, please cancel or reschedule as soon as bad weather is announced. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give me 48 hours advance notice you will be charged 75% of the total service.

No-shows

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will lose their deposit, have their gift certificate or service from package redeemed, or be charged 100% of their “missed” appointment.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive 10 or more minutes late, you will be asked to reschedule and will be responsible of 75% of the total service.
